When I was 48 I put on about 5-6 kilos. I tried for 12 months to lose it. Eating salads and small portions of food and trying to stay away from carbs as it was always drummed into me carbs were bad. I was hungry all the time and the weight just yo-yoed.
A friend told me about Gavin and his programs so I contacted him. Within a month I had lost that 5 kilos and another 5 kilos slowly over the next 12 months. I’ve been eating more food, including carbs, then ever 🥰
